Dr Mirza
Dr Mirza is a GP Partner, leading a busy practise in Birmingham. One of his key roles is in Medical Education as an honorary Professor at Aston University Medical School. He acts as a personal tutor, lecturer and GP educator for second-year medical students. Not only does Dr Mirza work with undergraduates, he is also an experienced GP trainer. Furthermore, Dr Mirza teaches and supports allied healthcare professionals in their professional careers, this includes supporting paramedics, physician associates and clinical pharmacists.
Dr. Mirza is the Cancer lead, whereby he is involved in patient education, reducing the gap in health inequality, and increasing the uptake of screening for cancer in the East Bordesley area. His diligence and success in this role led him to be headhunted for his current position as the Deputy Clinical Director of the East Bordesley Primary Care Network.
Dr Mirza has trained in, and has a special interest in minor surgery within primary care, This includes:

Dr Mirza is also a qualified, experienced and fully insured Aesthetics practitioner – Trained by Derma Medical. As part of his expanding services, Dr Mirza is also trained, licensed and insured to assess, supply and monitor patients for weight loss services including Saxenda, Ozempic an Wegovy.
