1. About Us

DrMirzaClinic is a doctor-led aesthetic and medical clinic providing non-surgical cosmetic and private medical services in accordance with UK professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

2. Scope of Services

We provide elective, non-surgical aesthetic and medical treatments including but not limited to injectables, skin treatments, regenerative therapies, and private GP services.

Results cannot be guaranteed and outcomes vary between individuals.

3. Eligibility for Treatment

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Provide accurate, complete, and honest medical information
  • Disclose all medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions


Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk and void any corrective support.

We reserve the right to decline or defer treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

4. Consultations
  • A consultation is mandatory prior to treatment
  • A consultation does not guarantee treatment
  • Clinical suitability is determined solely by the treating clinician


Consultation Fee

  • A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking
  • The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment booked within 14 days of the consultation
  • After 14 days, the consultation fee expires and is non-refundable

5. Booking Fee
  • A non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the treatment cost is required to secure all appointments
  • This booking fee is taken to protect the clinician’s time
  • The booking fee is deducted from the final treatment cost if the appointment proceeds as scheduled


The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of:

  • Cancellation
  • Rescheduling outside the notice period
  • Late arrival
  • Failure to attend (no-show)
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the booking fee
  • Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the booking fee
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings
7. Arrival & Appointment Timing
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment
  • Do not arrive excessively early, as waiting space is limited
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in:
    • Loss of appointment
    • Reduction or cancellation of treatment time
    • Forfeiture of booking fee

Late arrival compromises clinical safety and clinic scheduling.

8. Children & Pets Policy
  • We operate a strict no children and no pets policy
  • This is to ensure:
    • Patient safety
    • Infection control
    • A calm, clinical environment

Exceptions are not permitted.

9. Informed Consent

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • Risks, benefits, alternatives, and limitations have been explained
  • You understand that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks
  • You have had adequate time to ask questions

Written consent is mandatory and retained in line with UK regulations.

10. Results & Expectations
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Outcomes vary between individuals
  • Multiple sessions may be required

No refunds are issued due to dissatisfaction where treatment has been performed appropriately.

11. Aftercare & Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow all aftercare instructions
  • Contact the clinic promptly if concerns arise
  • Attend follow-up appointments where advised

Failure to follow aftercare advice may negatively affect results.

12. Complications & Emergencies

All procedures carry risk. Rare complications may include bruising, infection, asymmetry, delayed reactions, or vascular events.

Emergency protocols are in place. You must contact the clinic immediately if concerning symptoms occur.

13. Photography
  • Clinical photography is mandatory for all treatments
  • Photographs are used for:
    • Medical records
    • Treatment planning
    • Outcome comparison


No images will ever be used for marketing, education, or social media without your explicit written consent.

14. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are in GBP
  • Payment is required in full prior to treatment
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Packages and promotions are non-transferable
15. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments:

  • No refunds are provided for completed treatments
  • No refunds for change of mind
  • Refunds are only considered where treatment has not been delivered
16. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We comply with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018


All personal and medical data is stored securely and confidentially.

17. Behaviour & Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment and terminate care.

18. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside clinical scope.

19. Liability

Treatments are provided with reasonable skill and care.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. Acceptance

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Agree to be bound by them

Patient Information

All patients must provide complete contact details including mobile number, email, and date of birth to secure appointments and receive necessary treatment information.

All patients must complete a comprehensive medical history form within 48 hours of their appointment or on the day of treatment. This is required for proper consultation and treatment planning. New patients receive a consultation before any treatment is undertaken. Treatment may be provided on the first visit at Dr Mirza’s clinical discretion.

All information remains strictly confidential and protected under Data Protection legislation. Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited communications from us.

You may opt-out from our communications at any time by unsubscribing. Please note: This may result in missing important appointment information and clinical updates.

Appointments

All consultations and treatment appointments require a £100 deposit which is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all payments made for appointments, regardless of whether treatments are administered or deemed suitable. Should treatments not be conducted on the same day, the deposit cannot be applied to future treatments.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, the deposit paid is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments. We do not offer Covid isolation insurance and these terms apply in all circumstances.

Follow-up Appointments

Routine review appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments are offered at no extra cost within 2-4 weeks of your initial treatment only. If you cannot attend your review appointment within this timeframe, no additional treatment will be provided after this period.

Follow-up appointments for hyperhidrosis, bruxism, and dermal fillers can be booked within 2-4 weeks depending on treatment type. Dr Mirza will advise if top-ups are needed. You are responsible for contacting the clinic within 2 weeks post-treatment if you require additional treatment.

If you are unwell, please contact us immediately. Many treatments are contraindicated during illness, including coronavirus, colds, cold sores, or skin infections. Dr Mirza reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or not in the patient’s best interest.

Age Requirements

We do not treat anyone under 18 years of age. Children are not permitted in the clinic premises.

Refunds

Treatment fees cover the complete service including consultation and assessment, information and advice, safe treatment with evidence-based products, and follow-up appointments with aftercare support as appropriate.

Whilst we provide excellent service with factual, honest advice and expert treatment using the best products tailored to your consultation, we cannot guarantee specific results and cannot offer refunds if results fail to meet your expectations.

No partial or full refunds are available for dissatisfaction with treatment aspects, outcomes, or service. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred for reversing, dissolving, or adding products and associated consultation time.
